How do I place a catering order?
You can click the order now button to place a catering order online or email our Catering Coordinator at catering@hanksbagels.com.
When do I place my order?
All orders must be placed at least (48) business hours in advance. For any last minute requests, please email catering@hanksbagels.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order! Please note that our catering office is closed Saturday and Sunday so if you need assistance over the weekend, please call your local Hank's store or email support@hanksbagels.com.
Is there a minimum spend for catering orders?
Yes. We require a minimum of $150 before taxes and fees. Holiday minimums may vary. Please email catering@hanksbagels.com for more info.
Can you slice my bagels?
One of the awesome perks of a catering order is your bagels will come sliced and boxed unless otherwise requested.
Does my order come with utensils?
Your order will come with plastic knives and tongs for platters. Group Coffees come with cups, lids, coffee sleeves, and stir sticks. Plates and dinner napkins are available for purchase for $5 for a bundle of (13).
Additional utensils can be added upon request.
How many guests does each item feed?
Each Baker's Dozen comes with (13) bagels, each Half Dozen comes with (6) bagels. Large platters are meant to serve up to (13) guests, and Small Platters are meant to serve up to (6) guests, but both can ultimately depend on your crowd! Email catering@hanksbagels.com for further assistance.
Do you have any gluten-free and/or vegan bagels?
Currently, we do not have a gluten-free bagel, but we do have lots of vegan options! All of our standard daily bagels are vegan.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is by request and subject to availability. To place a catering delivery order, you must email catering@hanksbagels.com. We do not offer delivery for orders placed online. There is a minimum $20 Delivery Fee for local (Burbank/Sherman Oaks) deliveries, and varies based on location. If you aren't sure if we will deliver to your area, please email us at catering@hanksbagels.com. We hope to add Calabasas and Brentwood very soon!
Why are your catering prices different from regular menu prices?
Great question! Catering is an additional service that we provide. It is not a 'pre-order' service or an 'order-ahead' service. Catering orders require additional materials, labor, and admin that our daily menu items do not require. We bake extra bagels just for your order, we pick the very best of the bake, hand-slice, and guarantee flavor choices if applicable. Platters are prepared by hand with care exclusively by our most senior line cooks. We previously had a 15% Catering Service Fee that is now baked into the pricing (pun intended!).
Cancellation Policy
Catering orders are only confirmed once the invoice has been paid in full. Orders cancelled more than (24) hours in advance will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled less than (24) hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
