Hank’s Bagels is a bagel bakery and sandwich shop founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife duo Trevor and Kelley Faris. We specialize in handmade sourdough bagels, thoughtfully built sandwiches, and a few salady things—keeping the menu tight and focused on what we do best. Hank’s is family-owned and named after Hank Faris, the middle kid. His big brother, Rex, and little brother, Max, still don’t know what to make of that… but hey, those are the breaks.

We make just about everything fresh in-house, every single day. Our bagels come out of the ovens hot and crisp each morning, after their two-day rise and a dunk in boiling water. We cart them around to our neighborhood shops and offer them up with our own brand of warm, casual service.
